All elevator equipment is located within the elevator hoistway (shaft), with no separate room required within the home, leaving more usable living space.

Electric Drive

At the core of our proprietary MRL E – Drive system is a compact state-of-the-art electric traction machine featuring Permanent Magnet (PM) motor technology with advanced speed control, offering an ultra-smooth, virtually silent ride experience. And with no gearbox, oil tank, pumps or valves, our drive system is designed to be essentially maintenance-free over its lifetime.
